Just a few days ago
I can still remember how that unit used to make me smile
And I knew that we took a chance
On a unit aged so advanced
But maybe it would cool us for a while
Turning it down would make you shiver
But this week it wouldn’t deliver
Bad news from the air vent
Seems the cold air all is spent
I knew by repair man we’d abide
When I checked the fuse box hung outside
Cause something’s broke down deep inside
The day our AC died

So, bye-bye, to the AC that died
Called the repair man in his van
I hope that time’s not a lie
And my pregnant wife is guzzling water with ice
Singin’ this’ll be the day that we fry
This’ll be the day that we fry
