Hello again everyone. Kelly and I need some quick help from those of you who are still reading this blog. We enjoy posting here to provide you a view into the ever-changing world of Sophie’s life. However, we don’t write for ourselves alone and we need some feedback from you to try and keep this site a fun read.
Obviously, the photos and videos we post are the most popular but recording, preparing, and posting them is currently too time consuming for us to include in every update. Don’t worry though. We will still do our best to put up videos and photos as much as we can.
The feedback we need is about our written content.
1. What subjects are you most interested in reading about? (Sophie’s life stages, Sophie’s milestones, our daily life, Greg’s attempts at humorous writing, etc.)2. What subjects are you least interested in reading about? (Sophie’s life stages, Sophie’s milestones, our daily life, Greg’s attempts at humorous writing, etc.)
3. Is there something we have not written about that you would like us to?
4. Is it easy to find things on the blog? If not, what is the most confusing thing I should try to fix?
5. I have spent considerable time behind the scenes to improve the font spacing, size, and coloring for this blog. Is there anything that is still not easy to read?
Thanks in advance for your help. Kelly and I want this blog to be a fun and pleasurable part of your day. You can submit feedback via commenting to this post or by sending me an email. tarobot at gmail.com

I like the new look a lot, it reminds me I need to update mine. I would like more of your random musings; having updates about Sophie is great, but we connect enough that I hear about them from you personally, where as I don’t get the random musings since those are well, random. It is that kind of stuff that I find really interesting and I enjoy hearing what is going on in your head!
Keep the photos of Sophie coming! I love to see how she’s changing, and you know I need my Sophie “fix” between visits to the office.
I would love to hear your comments about our beloved United Methodist Church from time to time. Since you are both heavily involved in working for the church, what things (from where you sit) would you change about the church? What is missing in the church these days? Just trying to start conversation!
Thanks everyone for the good feedback. One of the reasons I changed the whole layout of the front page to be more graphical was in direct response to the feedback. I’m glad to hear that people want to read more than just Sophie stuff. It’s tough to know what is interesting and what is me entertaining myself.
As for Erik’s comment, I might write about my United Methodist church experience but mine is not typical due to me working at so many different positions in different UM ministries. The hard part about writing that stuff is that there’s so many intense feelings that go along with it including a lot of hurt. This blog is centered around one of the most positive and happy things in my life and I would like to keep the content upbeat.
